I have 10 years of progressive experience in managing research projects in a research organization. International Research Force has a market research component that conducts research in all walks of life e.g. education, media, trade, business etc and a public health component named Neoventive Solutions that focuses on public health research. I oversee all the office activities and my major responsibility is to ensure all projects are done as per committed deadline without compromising the quality of deliverables. I am engaged in recruiting and training human resource, deploying them on various projects, monitoring and evaluation of data collection, data analysis, data management and report writing.

Lecturer
I joined CUST as full time lecturer in Department of Psychology. My major responsibilities included teaching Research and Psychology related courses to BS Psychology students. I was a part of Curriculum review committee and we designed curriculum book for the department. In addition, I served as thesis coordinator for BS Psychology program and represented Psychology department in university's directorate of sustainability.
Visiting lecturer
I served as visiting lecturer and taught courses to MS Behavioral Sciences students.
