As Assistant Manager HR I have been providing administrative support to the Head of HR in processing documentation covering all HRM routines. Develop a thorough understanding of the HR management system and ensure the effective and efficient use of modules therein. Assisting the HR Head in preparation of working papers and presentations related to HRM for submission to the HR Committee of the Board. Facilitate the staff induction process by maintaining an updated inventory of applications, conducting tests and evaluating results. Facilitate in implementation of PSPC’s performance measurement and management procedures. Obtain post-training performance feedbacks. Initiate and facilitate the annual staff performance appraisal cycle by circulating time-tables and appraisal forms to functional heads. Preparing consolidated individual performance review and department-wise performance review summaries.
I have been conducting Employees Satisfaction Survey and obtain formal and informal feedback to identify problems and potential opportunities for improving work conditions at PSPC. Promote employee motivation and retention through counseling, grievance handling and personal development. Timely respond to employee requests for status of their leaves and other entitlements. Arrange exit interviews of staff leaving services of PSPC and identify, through the process, opportunities for further improvement in HRM policies and procedures and present the same to the Head HR as and when required. Performing other duties as envisaged or subsequently added through amendments in the Human Resource Manual.
