Graduated in MBA Marketing (Gold Medalist) with 2 Years of Experienc in Sales Operations in United Industries Limited (Kashmir Cooking Oil) and prior experience of 2 Years in Pharmaceutica Sales and Distribution Management.
1. Close coordination with ational Sales Operations Manager to develop RTM and GTM strategies and ensuring smooth execution.2. Handle secondary sales operations of national business and liaise with the sales team to conduct sales and promotion activities to achieve agreed volumes, market executions and OSA targets.3. Daily issuance of sales tracking reports at different management levels and maintain the customer master database CMD to study consumer trends and develop sales and promotional strategies (Primary & Secondary).4. Oversee and manage Live Dashboard for real time sales and review reports and presentations by quarteti and with the hi ias coordinating annwaity relevant teams.5. Coordination with the sales team for better understanding and trainings of S&D and CMD to drive sales objectives. Provide suitable trainings to sales representatives to maintain a high field capability score (FCS) and formulate journey plans to ensure maximum coverage.6.
