Prepare feasibility assessment of the store location, coordinate with real estate agents and landlord to get the best deals and onwards coordination with legal department for tenancy agreements and site taking over.
Prepare Financial costing and Estimates of projects, Fiscal Year Capex and Projects Budgets, Fiscal Year project Schedules and timelines of projects to support in achievement of Business objectives.
Schedule meetings with Categories Head for Design requirements, Design Coordination and Project Timelines with Architect/Interior Design Consultants and MEP Consultants.
