• Supervision and approval of Red Engineering Drawing, AS built routes and updating in database and (GIS) Geographical Information System record.
• Planning managing and implementation of MDT, TCN, downtime, Cutover, Ring splitting and splicing activities of FOC.
• Minutely monitoring and investigating delayed work of contractor and report to higher management and fixing plenty due to delay execution.
