Providing Networking support.

Proactively identify and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance
      • Installing computer networks (I/O Connectors, Cable Punching, cable tracing and testing, Troubleshooting/ Identifying network problems.    • Monitor RFID based Queue Management System (QMS).    • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering quality results within deadlines.   • Installation and configuration of Software as per company policy SAP, MS office etc.  • Coordination with vendors.  • Maintain Company’s IT Service Desk and quick response on Outlook mails and groups.
