Key Responsibilities:
• Processing of VISA Debit card request (New/ Replacement/Renewals) as per Bank's Policy and Procedure Manual.
• E-Mailing discrepancies, if any, to the respective branches and follow up for timely correction to resolve customer's complaints regarding VISA Debit cards.
• Responsible for dispatching of daily processing cards (request received from branches and phone banking).
• Responsible for dispatching captured cards to other banks received from branches.
• Maintaining MIS for cards processed, captured cards, returned cards and card re-generated on daily basis.
• Responsible for destroying ATM Cards of customers returned after specified period from branch, in case, no contact is established with customer.
Aim
Ensuring proper application of key quality assurance laws, other rules and regulations, delivering superior personalized service to the customers, ensuring their demands are satisfied and complaints decently handled. Responsible for making sure that the BankIslami Business Principles and Corporate Values are being followed.
Key Responsibilities
• Recording customer complaints and routing them to CRU for further resolution. Reporting every incident which could lead to customer dissatisfaction. Providing neutral feedback to CRU regarding any complaints related to Branch or arising from branch.
• Maintaining daily checklist of Branch Health, ATM health, dress code of staff, attendance of staff, branch timings, branch signage and ticker timings.
• Compiling the daily checklist on monthly basis and sending it to HSQS for detailed analysis and feedback.
• To make efforts for providing satisfaction to irritated customer at the branch level and keeping a follow-up to their issues.
• Attending to Customers, answering their queries and providing product information.
• Maintaining a record of all feedback from CRU and Manager SQ improvement .
• To perform root-cause analysis of every problem.
Objectives
• Analyzing banking operations i.e. operational and financial analysis.
• Analyzing account opening procedures and its discrepancies.
• Working on daily deposits and payment procedures.
• Knowing and maintaining clearing and NIFT functions.
