Infrastructure Management:
1. Oversee technical infrastructure (non-IT) for Micro Schools, including civil structures, solar systems,
battery installations, and paint works, plantation.
2. Conduct site assessments and ensure schools meet basic requirements.
3. Manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
4. Develop & implement infrastructure - related policies and procedures.
5. Making weekly /monthly maintenance plan for technical teams.
6. Making reports on infrastructure status and projects reports.
• Vendor Management:*
1. Manage and assign vendors for infrastructure projects.
2. Assist in contract agreement formation.
3. Coordinate with contractors and approve work scopes.
• Financial Management:*
1. Verify bills and ensure timely payments.
2. Manage budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Technical Support:*
1. Train technicians on infrastructure maintenance and repairs.
2. Provide technical assistance across 100+ locations.
3. Monitoring the Solar system installation accross the sites.

Manage all Facilities Contracts and contractors, and maintain review process for contracts such as (Site security, waste management, FA&FF systems, CCTV, Thermo graphics, Solar, pest control, HVAC, MEP, Swimming pool, Landscape, Elevators, Gen sets and Cradle system.)Carrying out regular site audits and daily inspections to identify any areas that need upgrading or repairing.Conducting On job training, tool box talk and team briefing to technical team.Liasioning with SSM contractors & other sub-contractors.Validating, verifying & ensuring the completion of planned maintenance tasks & additional client requirements on time.Preparing method statements, risk assessment for various maintenance activities in coordination with quality team.Reporting day to day site activities to the client as per the escalation matrix.

Electrical Site Engineer.Installation of following items as per drawing • Electric Bus bar 1000 Amp, 630 Amp, 100 Amp, 25 Amp • Conduit wiring, General wiring • Lighting system, Down light, Tracking Light, panel light • Lighting bus way • Grounding & Lightning. • Fire Alarm System. • Telecommunication system. CCTV, Access Control • Cable Tray installation. • BOQ, MOQ making and billing • Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation test & commissioning. • Designing and supervision of maintenance procedures • Attending Technical and progress meetings on site. • Reading electrical design specifications and technical drawings. • Organizing routine servicing schedules. • Handling of electrical progress at the site with all contactors for equipment • Sizing, cable sizing, CBs sizing. Documentation and Coordination • Making weekly Progress reports • Making P/O Purchase order for Material • MAR Material approval request for purchasing electrical materials. • Coordinate with Clients, Project Management team Project Inspection division. • Coordinate with Subcontractors and other Staff. • Coordinate with other discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, Piping (for clearance). • Coordinate with Engineering/Designing/Planning & Schedule department.

• 11KV Operation of distribution lines more than 950 transformers
• Sub Station operation of Switches, isolators, bulk supply etc
• Siemens, Schneider electric, F&G, Alstom, Ariva RMU operation
• Link, Jumper, Bus bar, lugs fault tracing and repairing
• Inspection and testing of cables and overhead line transmission like cables, conductors, surge arrester, Termination and joints and related accessories.
• Analyzing customer applications and designing protection and control schemes to fulfill user specifications and requirements
• Operations on tripping and faults of 11KV feeders to propose strategies for minimizing them.
• Synchronizing of more than 44 feeders 11KV.
• Arranging proper shutdowns for maintenance and augmentation purposes.
• Maintain Regularly TBT (Tool Box Talk) with Team Workers.
• Proving properly isolated environment for fault rectification and maintenance.
