I am working here as a Head Coordination, my responsibilities here include not limited to:
Managed employee biometric system and troubleshoot problems with system and to maintain time & attendance records (manual & automated) of all employees.
Maintaining leave record of Corporate Sales Offices and submit to HR Head office on daily basis.
Worked with senior management to recruit employees; and develop orientation and training programs.
Facilitated in administration of performance appraisals, obtaining proper approvals ensured all compensation components are matching between HR and Payroll.
Assist Head HR in payroll preparation by providing the relevant data of Centers (attended days, absences, leaves, etc.) and Coordinated the completion and submission of all HR related paperwork to Payroll.
Maintaining the employee database (HO & Corporate Sales Offices) on a regular basis (manual & in SAP System) and open the new HR files.
Discussed and responded to queries of company provided employee benefits and related company policies, and any other employee concerns.
Handled confidential employee information, i.e., employee compensation, employee performance issues and benefits data.
Maintained and updated the bank's organization and employee data in SAP database.
Responsible for communicating among people within and outside the company face-to-face, over the phone, through letters, faxes and via email.
Responsible for the new hires for providing with the necessary resources and organized and maintained complex filing system.
Supported the CHRO with functional responsibility to all HR staff members and share various HR reports via Excel
Proactively coordinated, managed, and provided administrative human resources duties to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily objectives.
Responsible for coordinated and processing employees travel arrangements and expense.
GL entries in SAP of Salary disbursement, Logistics Expenses, Admin Expense and sales Team expenses.
Arranging all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
Processing the clearance cases and assist Head HR in organizing exit interviews and maintain the record as well for Corporate Sales Offices.
