• In-charge for Overseeing & Managing MEP Works of 2 (G+9) & 10 (G+4) High Rise Towers at Bahria Hills, Naya Pakistan Housing Project. • Ensured that the MEP Structural & Finishes work carried out as per approved Shop drawings, Method Statement, Contract Requirements, and within the Time Frame and Progress of the approved Construction program.• Inspect & Approve the MEP works with coordination and final Inspection of QC team. • Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP structural and finishing contractors during construction.• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Structural & Finishing Subcontractors.

·       To lead a team of Technicians for the successful execution of MEP Maintenance Activities.
·       Provides work direction and supervision to staff involved in maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment.
·       Troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of MEP equipment & systems such as HVAC (VRF System & ERUs), Plumbing (Water Supply & Drainage), Electrical (MDB, SMDBs, and DBs), Low current systems, Generators, Pumps, and other MEP equipment.
·       Looks overwork request to decide problem and resolution, and delegate assignments to technicians.
·       Supervises all routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of properties does not deteriorate.

·       In-charge for overseeing all Electrical Works at Messila Station, White Palace Station, and 6 Tunnels (Messila Station – White Palace Station). Completed these Sites from Initiation till closing and handing over to Maintenance company RKH Qiatarat.
·       Successfully Installed Power (MDBs, SMDBs, DBs (EL-DBs, UDBs, LS-DBs), ATS, MCCs, Lighting Control Panels),  Cable containments, Cable trunking, Conduits, Lighting Fixtures (Normal, Emergency, and Life Safety), Small power system (Industrial Sockets, Lighting Switches, Sockets, FCUs, CRAC Units, MSFDs), Earth Bonding and Lightning Protection system, Fire fighting line, and Chill water line, on the aforementioned areas.
·       Ensured that the Installation, termination, testing and commissioning of all Electrical Equipment (MDBs, SMDBs, UDBs, DBs, ATS Panels, MCC Panels, LCPs, IS’s, Isolators) fittings and work implemented meets the Specification and Consultant Requirements.
·       Ensured that the Electrical work carried out as per approved Shop drawings, Method Statement, Contract Requirements, and within the Time Frame and Progress of the approved Construction program.
·       Verified the Accuracy of Shop Drawings and their Compliance to the Specification, Consultant Design and existing local authority standard (KAHRAAMA, QCS 2014).
·       Monitoring the day to day activities carried out by subordinates including; scheduling of activities, assigning task to group, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.
·       Monitoring the progress of work until completion ensuring all the works are completed in time and according to the approved plan.
