1.Assisting area business regarding HR matters and provide best in class HR Services. 2. Delivering training sessions and presenting a range of Product Trainings, Policy Awareness session, SOP Refershers, personal and professional development trainings, Orientations , etc. 3. Liaising with department heads and supervisors for carrying out regular Training Needs Assessment (TNA).4. 1. Assisting academic activities in indicated by Programme Director/APD and Section Head which include attendance/ One45/ any other.2.
