I had performed and completed the following assignments / tasks in this project. (i). I have planned and managed (including financial planning, HR and project management) all the activities of the field visit into 4 tehsils of District Faisalabad and 4 tehsils of district Multan for data collection & interaction with stakeholders of the project (particularly progressive farmers and bio-energy producers etc). (ii).I have supervised and organised the field work like, taking notes on observations, conducting the Interviews and filling the questionnaires from participants on the spot etc.) (ii). Data entry into Microsoft Excel etc after the data collection from the field. (iii). Data analysis with Microsoft Excel. (iv). Development and testing of hypotheses etc. I am also responsible for financial management and organising of events, seminars and field visits for the staff of CCRD, along with other team members.

Tutoria.pk is an e-learning platform, and it is
a project of education through technology. Major assignments in my job include the planning, designing,
production, development, and management of digital content for video lessons or lectures. Other
assignments include recording video lessons along with instructions for editing, illustration, animation,
and uploading digital material on websites. I worked with other teams on project planning and proposal
development, project design and implementation, monitoring, assessment, and evaluation. Basically,
we have developed modules of digital learning materials like video lessons or lectures, video tutorials,
online quizzes, webinars, Zoom meetings and workshops, etc. Students at the matriculation and
intermediate levels were the target beneficiaries of this project.

I taught mathematics at O-Levels andPage 2 of 2
matriculation. My other job assignments include monitoring, assessing, and evaluating the learning and
understanding capacities of every student. There were 100+ students (4 classes with about 25 students
in each class) under my supervision. Students significantly improved their marks by 10% successively
and continuously in the span of a year. I have been working on curriculum design, syllabus breakdown
structure, instructional design of lessons, and class management. I prepared and marked the exam
papers and class tests. I worked with a team on planning, organising, leading, and controlling events
like annual days, sports weeks, visiting trips, etc. I also worked as the leader of a martial arts training
programme for 150+ kids.

I worked with this institution in the capacities of
academics, staff recruitment, training, and development. I worked on field campaigns for business
development. Policy making, implementation, monitoring, assessment, and evaluation, sports
management, event organising, examination control, etc. I was the head of a training programme for
staff development. I gave training to at least 100+ staff members for capacity building. I had excellent
results in my job there, and I got an annual prize for best employee in the year 2017. I worked as a
team member in a programme of entry tests on the projects ECAT, MCAT, NAT, GAT, etc. I worked on
curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment. I worked as a team member in the examination
department for sitting plans, monitoring, assessment, evaluation, results analysis, etc. Organised
training sessions motivated and guided the students for their careers.

Major assignments for my job were education
planning, management, and leadership. I have worked with my team in the capacities of teaching and
academic management, like class management, curriculum development, lesson planning, design and
assessment of students in grades 5, 6, 7, and 8, career counselling, checking and evaluation of
assignments and notebooks, paper setting and marking, monitoring and evaluation of students and
staff, organising curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, etc. I taught mathematics to the
students in the classes of Matriculation and Intermediate. I also taught Japanese karate to students
between the ages of 8 and 16.
