primary responsibilities will be towards the said Program. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Master Mentors, Field Manager and the Implementation Associate in organizing largescale training events for school teachers, master trainers and other supporting staff.
Work in close collaboration with school teachers and staft to ensure etfectıve implementation of the program.
Visit the sample schools on a regular basis to collect data, train teachers, and monitor program implementation activities.
Conduct back checks and spot checks to ensure data quality
Follow CERP procedures (project, financial and risk reporting) to ensure complance with all systems and standards.

Field associate may be assigned additional tasks as deemed necessary by reporting ponts, the Program or CERP management, or the CERP Board.
Field associate shall perform, observe, and contorm to such duties and instructions as may from time to time be assigned or communicated by CERP.
Take responsibility for and be held accountable for administering a pre-defined number of HH questionnaires over a given time period. Attend 06 days training workshop to capacitate her/himself on Standardized Administration of Student Assessment Tools based on Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) approach as well as Teacher & Student questionnaire.
Perform a day visit to school for practicing above mentioned tools and questionnaires by assessing grade I and grade II students & teachers during this workshop.
Travel to allocated district field and perform necessary coordination with school heads (whom responsibility will be assigned) where students and teachers will be assessed for selected schools.
Ensure to perform pre-school departure activities as per training before visiting any school.
Assess students and teachers of grade I and grade II for almost 12 selected schools using Android tablet (Tangerine).
Each day a single school will be visited.
Observes language classes of teachers of grade I and grade II for assigned schools
Ensure timely data synchronization with data server for uploading of data.
