As the Regional Manager at BSDSB overseeing projects across Naseerabad division, I lead multiple initiatives, including the Humanitarian response,Anticipatory Action and development side projects. Which includes
1- Distribution of essential food packages funded by KS Relief.
2-My role extended beyond this to encompass WHH and Start Network's Flood Anticipatory Action activities. Within this capacity, I provided strategic leadership and oversight, ensuring seamless coordination and successful implementation of various projects.

As part of project’s quality and monitoring team, and working directly under PDME Coordinator in Islamabad and the Project Manager in Quetta; the incumbent of the post will have the following responsibilities:
Establish a monitoring and evaluation frame-work in line with the policies of the Qatar Charity which also correspond to agreement with the donor for the project.
Identify appropriate M&E methodologies for objective-specific M&E activities.
Lead the Baseline data collection exercise at the project initiation in the project area(s).
Also takes responsibility of end-line survey & any evaluations planned.
Conduct regular field visits, in coordination with field staff, to assess project impact and collect feedback from relevant stakeholders.
