Assist the Manager HR & Administration.
Recruitment & selection of workers (Daily Wages).
Keeping complete record of Daily Wages.
Issuance of Appointment Letters to employees on Contract Basis.
Issuance of Transfer Letters, Promotion Letters, Termination Letters etc. etc.,
Prepare Circular, Memos and Invitations.
Daily Attendance Record of the employee.
Daily cross strength checking through various departments.
Keeping complete Record of leaves.
Assists employees or clients by answering questions related to department activities and services.
Coordination with various departments.
Manage Company events.
Compile files and reports.
Manage paper work, electronic files and records.
Keeping record of office equipment.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
Handling store related matters.
Coordination with Vendors (Process of billing and payment)
Dealing with PTCL, K-Electric, SSGC, Water & sewerage board and their payments.
Loking after General office maintenance work.
Looking after of Housekeeping activities.
Janitorial services & bill checking & payments
Manage gate passes record.
Other tasks assigned by Manager HR & Admin.
