Working as Manager Machine Maintenance and plant maintenance

• Monitoring preventive maintenance and troubleshooting jobs related to Injection molding machines (Husky G-LINE 225-300 & HY-PET 300), SACMI, Pal Dryer, Crusher, Mold Dryer, Resin Dryer & Resin loader, cooling units, Chiller and Cooling Towers.
• Maintenance of Injection Molding Machine, rein Dryer , Mold Dryer
• Enlist all jobs regarding machine maintenance in checklist and discus with Head of the department
• Prepare the work permit by using MOGAN system (software use for scheduling preventive and annual maintenance jobs of machine)
• Check spare equipment for machine in Material management system
• Complete maintenance of hot runner of machine
• Checking of all nozzle tip heaters, mold heater and their connector
• Checking of SSR , fuses of nozzle tip and SSR of mold heaters and their thermocouple
• Checking of barrel / Machine heaters , SSR and thermocouple
• Checking and adjustment all sensors of machine
• Photo eye sensors, mold sensors, cool pik sensors , proximity sensors and photoelectric sensors
• Cleaning of contacts of contactor of hydraulic motor , mold heats and machine heats contactors
• Checking and working of Hydraulic motor , hydraulic valves and their connector and wiring
• Checking and working of all pneumatic valves
• Checking flow switches located on chilled water lines
• Checking and note down the values of voltages of Amplifier cards
• PLC and Input output digital cards checking
• Checking of all profibus cable loop and their connector
• Maintenance of Resin dryer and mold dryer by checking their all valves , heater , contactor , controller, cards , PLC, Pneumatic valves and cylinder, pressure switch motors and pneumatic tubes
• To operate & trouble shooting of all Molding Machines.
• To maintain the stock of workshop parts and consumable items in store.
• Implement MOGAN system and Material Management System.
• Preparation of forecasts, reports & review for the top management.
• Carry out development and modification required for process improvement.
• Preparation of annual import budget.
• Maintaining history of work permits and their closing.
• Prepare Monthly breakdown report.
• To keep workshop area / store area in good manner and neat & clean.
• Maintenance of Machine Conveyor Motors.
• Overhauling of all plant area motors
• Brief knowledge of Fire Fighting System and Safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System) , ISO 14001 (Environment Management System) & PAS-223
• Troubleshooting of faults and solve them
• Checking of energy meters of plant
• Power consumption report of whole month
