I am currently working as Jr. Mechanical Engineer on 50MW INDUS Wind Energy Project.
Job Responsibilities:
To monitor the site Installation/ Erection activities of wind turbines related to mechanical discipline and unloading of mechanical equipment.
To control the site supplies by ordering materials, tools and spare parts in accordance with project.
To inspect the ongoing Erection activities that are compliant with execution drawings.
To carry out the inspection of turbine components in accordance with standards of safety and OEM Procedures.
To execute the HVAC works with proper engineering techniques by using technical knowledge.
To carry out Commissioning and Testing of wind turbines along with OEM Engineers.
Preparation of EPA 8.3 (a & b) Test, Reliability Run Test and Commissioning Protocols.
Technical Documentation for Inspection with Independent Engineer and Foreign Expert.
To monitor turbines Reliability Run Test in presence of CPPA authorities.
To carry out client inspection for Testing of turbines according to Energy Purchasing Agreement.
To supervise daily tasks for inspection of turbines components by technicians.
To prepare the punch points list for rectification.
To rectify the Punch List points remaining in turbines during installation.
Daily and weekly analysis reports of all tasks accomplished to submit to management.
Trainee Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
To supervise manufacturing work carried out by technicians.
To monitor the scheduled maintenance of machines along with my team members.
To carry out inspection for Pressure vessels according to the company standards.
Technical documentation for manufacturing and testing of company by products.
To inspect pressure vessels to determine conformance with safety laws and regulations along with my team.
To carry out weekly meetings with management and workers to establish friendly environment within company premises.
To prepare reports of daily tasks accomplished by the department.
Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
To analyze manufacturing of products and maintenance of machines to report it to higher management.

channel gates, Hydro Power Radial gates and components for injection moulding machines.
