Monitor the program interventions in the high-risk areas to ensure maximum coverage of missed children. Achieve the program goals through effective monitoring and accurate reporting by using a competitive process.
Key Contributions:

Ensure communication and network put maximum effort into social mobilization for an optimum transformation of refusal and not available children.
Contributed in the recognition of the Tameer-e-Khalaq Foundation by UNICEF to provide TPFM for the Polio activities in high-risk districts.

Prepared Area Supervisor's work plan to ensure inclusion of AS names in the micro-plans, monitored Area Supervisors and Community Health Workers, and supported the micro planning for vaccination activities. Ensured the communication and social mobilization planning in UC micro plans of the highest quality. Held community events, meetings, rallies, etc. to mobilize underserved groups for polio vaccination. Monitored effectiveness of AS's and activities conducted by him/her.
Key Contributions:

Conducted initial and on-going listing and mapping of underserved communities and classification of these. Kept track of all children under 5, vaccination status, as well as migration patterns and practices.
Ensured orientation of Religious and Community leaders at the UC- level, conducted training sessions to Area Supervisors and Community Health Workers, also implemented Pre and Post campaign activities.

Examined and identified potential child leaders from trained groups for holding/assisting Cos for conducting seminar, workshops and trainings for Ustads (Mechanics), parents, school teacher, madrasa teachers, and street living/working children and out of school and school going children. Conducted first baseline survey of street living and working children in the Quetta and gathered information on their activities and impact on their health and behavior.
Key Contributions:

Mobilized the children working in different places in the markets for supporting themselves and their families and build their capacity on their rights, health and hygiene, HIV and AIDS, STIs and dangers of drugs.
Raised awareness and sensitized community members, teachers, religious leaders, NGOs, politicians and parents   on child protection through learning and shearing, self-reflection, analysis and problem solving.
Organized and imparted different trainings on child protection, life skills education, HIV/AIDS awareness, CRC, Human Rights charters and JJSO articles for community members, partner organizations and government officials.
Facilitated in formation of Child Organizations (COs) of the street working/living children in the entire district to give them voice to speak for their rights and peer education. 

Ensured the social mobilization for supporting democratic electoral process through conducting seminars, round tables, open discussions with media, election candidates, political parties and public for intensifying awareness about electoral process and importance of vote. Monitored polling on the Election Day, interviewed voters and Presiding Officers regarding the election process and transparency.

Built collaborative rapport with the Election Commission of Pakistan, Media (Print & Electronic) line departments, partner organization and political parties.
Provided full support to the counterpart in planning, budgeting and management of all project activities
