Responsibilities’ Planning: •
Develop Field Unit M&E Plan’s covering all ongoing project (s) under the supervision of Coordinator PMER.
• Ensure that M&E Plan is aligned with organizational M&E Plan, project(s)’ monitoring framework(s), and donor(s)/organizational requirements.
• Provide feedback if indicators are precisely reflecting the project performance. Monitoring & Evaluation: • Ensure proper implementation of the M&E Plan.
• Conduct regular field monitoring of interventions • Interact regularly with beneficiaries and CIs
• Share regular updates and finding on qualitative and quantitative aspects of interventions. Research:
• Assist M&E Coordinator in designing researches/surveys
• Participate in data collection exercise and ensure accuracy of collected data
• Assist in preparing MIS analysis, generate conclusive reports, and share with PMER Coordinator Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop, formulate and implement the quarterly and annual M&E Plans, in coordination with team of assigned FU.
• Support PMER Coordinator in defining, implementing, and reporting on the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitoring against specific indicators throughout the duration of the projects.
• Monitor project’s specific activities at the field and ensure timely sharing of best practices and lessons learned with the management and concerned FU team.
