 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory management, identify potential issues, and maintain an operational data dashboard.
 Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review of inventory with respect to Min/Max stock levels & to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory plans.
 Implement and maintain ABC and HML inventory classification systems to prioritize inventory management activities.
 Inventory Optimization and Warehouse Operations Management.  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
 Oversees inventory staff, including recruitment, training, and counseling in accordance with company policies.
 Follow SOP /QMS/ ISO standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. 

ü  Verify all the incoming/Issuance of material according to SOP/ISO Standard.
ü  Making sure that physical stock equals to ERP stock level.
ü  Reduce wastage and work on lean manufacturing.
ü  Product management, including ordering, receiving, handling damaged products, and returns.
ü  To identify store inventory related problems and develop strategies to minimize issues.
ü  Maintain Safety stock level and maintain proper record of raw material.
ü  Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
ü  Communicate and cooperate with management, workers and other relevant departments.
ü  Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
ü  Implementation of QMS procedures & 5’S.

ü  Operating ERP Database system & maintaining stock reports.
ü  Making sure that physical stock equals to ERP stock level.

ü  Product management, including ordering, receiving, handling damaged products, and returns.
ü  To identify store inventory related problems and develop strategies to minimize issues.

ü  Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items
ü  Perform GRN/Issuance and Release shipments of finished goods through ERP.

ü  Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
ü  Communicate with top management.
ü  Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
