· Performing the role of KPI Assessment Manager to plan, monitor and ensure effective execution of Quality Assurance Assessment activities across all tertiary care hospitals in Punjab.
· Overall responsible to ensure successful and timely execution of assessment activities by managing a team of 75 team members in 47 hospitals across 13 districts in Punjab.
· Oversee and ensure timely execution of assessment activity and sharing the reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly and biannually basis with management for decision making.
· Preparing analytical reports and sharing with Specialized Health Care Department regarding performance of the hospitals and also identifying the short-comings to ensure betterment in service delivery and patient care standards.
· Resolution of any issue arising during the execution of the project at the facility level.
· Coordination with technical teams to ensure that all IT related solutions including dedicated mobile application and web portals remain fully updated and problem free.
Managing all operations related to courier services which include call center, rider management, customer experience and inducting new business
* Leading and Managing a call center providing nation wide support for sales.
*Ensuring that monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets are being achieved.
*Providing assistance in enhancing revenue and customer experience.
