Assist in timely submission of reports.
Assists in preparing and formatting documents, including PowerPoint presentations.
Compiles data from the field variety of sources (e.g., Success stories, reports, personnel records, etc.) for the purpose of complying with financial, program and/or administrative requirements.
Monthly data collection, data entry & data analysis based on project requirements with ensuring from data accuracy and reliability.
Prepare weekly/monthly schedule of monitoring and evaluation related activities.
Assistant Child Care Officer
Identification of orphan children from most vulnerable families as per program criteria.
Identification of guardians/mothers or 18+ orphan children from the selected families for livelihood support.
Support in capacity building and awareness raising activities and maintain database of orphans sponsorship.
Maintain record of visits to orphans home, clusters visited ,contact details of families/ guardians and stakeholders, services provided to orphan children and their families by SIF.
Beneficiaries data protection in hard form and in database.
Identify local partners and other organizations working in same area to avoid duplication.
Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly basis. Assist program team in conducting field assessments as per need of the project.
Field Assistant
Household visits of beneficiaries. Assist in Assessment orphan sponsorship program. Assist in distribution activities.
Enumerator
It was a child labor survey based on 4 months project, in which I have conducted innumerous interviews from respondents. This survey was based on Household visits that includes whole Rawalpindi region.
Project Coordinator
Supervise interns, maintained weekly or monthly progress report, managed hard and soft data, visited educational institutes for awareness campaigns, and arranged meetings with donors. Wrote short write-ups for social media page for the promotion of NGO's Objectives.

Conducted case studies of senior citizens, find out their issues and made solution to overcome their problems, arranged activities for them.
