The International Rescue Committee (IRC) implemented projects titled ”Integrated Humanitarian assistance for vulnerable Afghan refugees & emergency affected population (I-HAVE), Children Adolescent Rehabilitation in Emergency-CARE phase-1 & 2, & Strengthen protection mechanisms FOR at-risk population affected by flood emergency (safe)” projects during & after
Flood emergency 2022 in Dadu district. The project involving Cash Assistance, protection services, Health facilities, schools, water supply scheme, toilet & village level infrastructure rehabilitation & recovery & livelihood recovering, prioritizing Gender Equality & Social Inclusion (GESI). These projects aimed to revive & rebuild communities affected by the 2022 floods by ensuring inclusive participation & benefits for women, minorities, & vulnerable persons.

·         In collaboration with the Project Manager contribute to planning PSS (psychosocial support) and Outreach activities, according to the needs of children and their families.
·         Support the CP Supervisor in the identification of child protection issues and trends, and communicate these in a timely manner, and with utmost respect for confidentiality and dignity concerns.
·         Ensure that timely and appropriate action is taken to mitigate child protection risks.
·         Make sure that child safeguarding considerations are systematically taken into account in activity planning and implementation. Raises through appropriate channels of communication any child protection and child safeguarding concern that arises during the project period.
·         Work with field staff, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure that district-level coordination with relevant government line departments is established (through an MOU) during project start-up phase.
·         Ensure participation of children and youth, parents and the community in order to promote understanding and acceptance of CP activities.
·         Promotes awareness of CP issues within the community and disseminate means to raise concerns and feedback.
·         Work collaboratively with case workers, and other CP staff. Ensure that all interventions are in line with the IRC strategy, and CP Minimum Standards.
·         With the support from Technical Coordinators, provide technical guidance and project implementation guidance to field staff for CP interventions.
·         Promptly identify and recommend solutions to technical issues with support of IPC.
·         Work with team to ensure projects are implemented in conformity with the IRC program framework promoting and protecting rights, participation, capacity building, partnership, and holistic planning.
·         Support to coach, train, and mentor partner’s/NGOs, project staff and key stakeholders with the aim of strengthening their technical capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing professional development guidance.
·         Undertake regular field monitoring visits to assess progress and identify technical quality issues and/or other implementation issues, provide solutions and implement modifications as required. • Build strong relationships with relevant government departments, other government actors as appropriate, and other stakeholders, establishing IRC as a key factor in CP • Support in developing referral mechanisms in collaboration with partners, other NGOs, UN agencies and relevant government departments.

UNICEF and UNDP to support the vaccination awareness has developed an initiative called Coping with Corona Aao Vaccine lagwayen that aims to effectively engage adolescent champions in schools/communities to enable them to contribute to increase community resilience, with a specific focus on promoting resilience in face of the COVID situation and encouraging community members to make use of vaccination facilities offered by the Government of Pakistan.The objectives of the campaign are Engage with adolescents to inform and inspire them. Engagement through different activities (digital and on ground) that empowers them to take initiatives of community welfare by building their capacity.Young people are provided with the needed approved information on vaccination administration, need and safety.Adolescent ambassadors to facilitate and encourage peers and elders to get vaccinated.

Responsibilities
The Livelihood Community Mobilizer will be responsible for community engagement and empowerment of the beneficiaries in the assigned area through mobilization, awareness and monitoring tasks.
will be responsible to ensure the active participation of the beneficiaries in specific livelihood activities, such as mentorship sessions, training, Grant support and etc
Mobilize communities and disseminate information about the project to promote community support;
