 Manage meeting with clients and their commitments.
 Manage execution of technical projects primarily setting up of MV/LV electrical power distribution system and installation of electrical infrastructure.
 Responsible to procure material from clients and resource management.
 Co-ordinate with client officials and related departments for timely project execution.
 Manage the work of subcontractors and other external project resources.
 Prepare & submit of quotation against projects/tenders.
 Process invoices of projects & take follow up till the receiving of payments.

 Responsible to patrol MV network involving tracing and rectification of faults by taking on board all concern bodies.
 Manage load balancing on underground cables of feeders as per network health during back feeding operations.
 Tracing out, rectification & normalization of all types of underground cable faults.
 MV/LV electrical components troubleshooting, inspection and maintenance of panels/switch gears/RMU/isolators/breakers.
 Manage load contingency and area of studies to develop corporate plans for distribution system expansion & modification.
 Responsible to arrange and normalize all MV/LV planned/forced shutdowns against preventive/corrective maintenance.
 Ensure safety protocols to be followed by all means at ground levels during electrical operations.

 Manage and develop business planning strategies in coordination with Head.
 Performed monthly technical data analysis and devise onward strategies for successful plan.
 Proactively identified areas of improvement in distribution network and performed root cause analysis to mitigate weaknesses by preventive approach to reduce SAIFI.
 Manage planning & execution of system improvement proposals involving addition of distribution transformers, 11KV overhead interlinking, new 11KV feeders, loss control proposals, village electrification & segregation schemes.
 Maintenance of distribution transformers, 11KV feeders & LV panels.
 Get connected with inventory management to procure materials on demand.

 Plan & execute preventive & corrective maintenance of MV/LV electrical distribution network to reduce SAIFI/SAIDI.
 Manage projects including planning, feasibility, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure followed by post closure evaluation.
 Perform procedures of material planning, reconciliations & budgets for project capitalization & audits.
 Prepare BOMs and independent’s estimates, liaising with the consumers for resolving technical issues.
 Laying, testing & termination of 11KV power cables.
 Calculation of circuit breakers, relays, conductor’s and cable’s size.
 Manage contractors and other external resources for projects execution.
 Managed administration of staff and arrange training (technical/soft skills) for sub ordinates in coordination with training departments.

Have hands on experience in different distribution units of electrical power system majors; LV/MV operations, UG power cables maintenance, sub-station maintenance & loss control projects.
