·         Managing the implementation of ESHS orientation / induction, toolbox talks, trainings (in-house & onsite) and awareness systems as specified in the Project OHS & CESMP and as per client requirement.
·         Overseeing the rigorous implementation of the Project OHS & CESMP and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
·         Compiling and presenting comprehensive ESHS statistics for the project, facilitating weekly/monthly EHS review coordination meetings with the country’s ESHS and the client.
·         Ensuring standardization and quality in ESHS awareness and training processes for all employees.
·         Leading the implementation of risk assessments/JSA onsite as outlined in the Project OHS & CESMP and overseeing the PTW system's adherence.
·         Conducting thorough inspections and audits of the site to monitor and assure the implementation of specified ESHS systems.
·         Performing daily inspections and regular assessments while maintaining JSO records and updating the JSO tracking register.
·         Conducting risk assessments/JSA and implementing control measures with the support of Site Manager / Engineer.
·         Implementing an immediate reporting system for potential unsafe acts/conditions, accidents, incidents, and near misses
·         Leading incident investigations and reporting findings to management, with country’s ESHS Head involvement in case of accidents.
·         Ensuring the preparation and implementation of an effective emergency response system, maintaining required resources for any unforeseen emergencies.
·         Monitoring, maintaining, and analyzing data and information statistics related to ESHS activities.

1. Provide safety consultation and cultural assessment services that enables organizations to  lead, built, develop, implement and check safety cultural improvement initiative
2. Facilitates workshops and training events focused on leadership and safety consultation.
3. Effective contractor management on Health, Safety and Environment matters as per project awarding contract.
4. Ensure making of effective EHS plans to execute properly.
5. Ensure strong accountable system on Health, Safety and Environment.
6. Making recommendations for amendments to existing policies, procedures, guidelines, work instruction in order to demonstrate accepted best practices in the national and international development sector.
7. Consulting with clients to develop effective safety programs and policies that comply with national and international regulations.
8. Assist head sustainability in organizing health and safety audits meetings, issues of minutes of meeting and follow-up on action points.
9. Reviewed documents of sub-contractors i.e. company HSE policy, risk assessment, training records, JSA and their international and national certifications before mobilization at site to determine compliance with relevant statutory obligations and conformance with client requirement.
10. Conduct meetings with clients and sub-contractor to discuss the issues related to the site and to implement the proactive measures at the site.

Monitor project activities & policy coordination concerning environment protection, Health management & safety.
 Communicates & implementing with government bodies i.e., SEPA, & OSH act, IFC guidelines & K-electric procedures Labor department.
 Conduct management safety audits to ensure safe execution of the jobs by the organization in the field.

 Lead and participate in the pre-startup safety review of new projects/modification to ensure adherence to relevant standards and facilities built as per specification.

 Conduct risk assessment of workplace.

 Implement safe working environment at site.

 Implementing ILO Convention C155 & Recommendation R164 according to ILO standards.

 Conduct safety audits (internal & external) with client to deal with potential hazards with their control measures.

·         Working on human behavior part i.e. drivers and associated workforce such as signalman.
·         Traffic management plan for surface mining vehicles.
·         Focusing on hardware part of heavy vehicles such as dump trucks developing and maintaining programs to screen out un-fit vehicles which become cause of incident.
·         Leading Incident Investigations.
·         Handling crisis management and emergency response in case of major accident along with site management and client
·         Follow and guide others to meet  regulatory requirements on HSE and specific to road safety
·         Focus on Fatigue Management Program.
·         Develop and monitor IVMS. (In-Vehicle Monitoring Program System)
·         Develop a detailed HSE audits including transport safety.
·         Actively refer National Safety council and other related organizations who have worked on Transport Safety and benefit from their research.
·         Focus on Load Securing aspects of heavy transport vehicles.

·         Implementing risk management process to control hazards and mitigate risks.
·         Monthly trainings to Staff and labor.
·         Report to Executive Operation regarding site issues
·         Promoting an attitude to safety among management and employees which recognize safety as an integral part of everyone’s job function, not something that can be transferred or delegated.
·         Raise environment awareness.
·         Continual improvement of the effectiveness of EHS management system performance aimed at reducing workplace injuries, improving environmental performance and customer satisfaction.
·         Conduct awareness session among employees of company.
·         To conduct un-plan & plan visit site to check degree of implementation and audit to gauge their implementation.
·         Produce monthly environment report & EHS statistics report to update client.

Performing Shutdown Duties at K-Electric Grid Stations (Lalazar Grid Station 220KV, Shadman Grid Station 132KV, Labour Square Grid Station 132KV, DHA Creek Vista Grid Station)
Takes part in accident / incident investigation. 
Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
