· Managing the implementation of ESHS orientation / induction, toolbox talks, trainings (in-house & onsite) and awareness systems as specified in the Project OHS & CESMP and as per client requirement.
· Overseeing the rigorous implementation of the Project OHS & CESMP and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Compiling and presenting comprehensive ESHS statistics for the project, facilitating weekly/monthly EHS review coordination meetings with the country’s ESHS and the client.
· Ensuring standardization and quality in ESHS awareness and training processes for all employees.
· Leading the implementation of risk assessments/JSA onsite as outlined in the Project OHS & CESMP and overseeing the PTW system's adherence.

· Performing daily inspections and regular assessments while maintaining JSO records and updating the JSO tracking register.
· Conducting risk assessments/JSA and implementing control measures with the support of Site Manager / Engineer.

· Leading incident investigations and reporting findings to management, with country’s ESHS Head involvement in case of accidents.
