As the executive member of CEO’s Change Management Committee, my core responsibilities included:• End to End Delivery of all Consumer Finance Automation, Regulatory and Digitization Projects.• Provide leadership and monitor cross functional teams to follow Project Standards, seeking contributions from Business, Technology, Operations and Development Team to ensure the implementation of standardized agile processes for all stages of SDLC.• Manage and maintain relationships with technology vendors by negotiating contracts, turnaround times, and quality of work.• Ensure complete implementation of projects as per Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines.• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle.• Identifying, monitoring and implementing controls to mitigate key risks on the project.• Serve as a Point of Contact between business, operations and development team for digital process innovation.• Manage needs or expectations of stakeholder’s by addressing issues and resolving conflict situations to achieve project goals.• Drive digital strategy and regulatory projects for Consumer Banking Group.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Included:• Plan, manage and acquire resources for all phases of the project.• Manage, update and publish all project documentation throughout its lifecycle.• Track, monitor, and report the project status by running audits on actual cost, budget and timelines against forecasts.• Manage stakeholders and assist in problem solving to minimize risk and issues.• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of project life cycle, in collaboration with managers and development teams.• Conduct a regular review of processes, policies and procedures to identify process gaps and recommend process updates/ policy & procedure revisions associated with Project Management and Business Compliance.
