Carry out the procedures for money transfer, withdrawal, cash deposit at the bank as required by the projects.
Perform reconciliation, payment and collection of accounting documents in the project
Follow up the disbursement progress of the project and report to the Management and CEO by monthly, yearly or when required.
Support in the consolidation, preparation and timely submission of Financial reports for the projects;
Ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts;
Ensure efficient payments and disbursements according to approved policy: control of the reception of invoices, verification of compliance;
Support and assist the CEO in all matters
including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters
Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff. Assist HR manager in policy formulation,hiring and salary administration, Shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meeting/appointments closely
Handling general accountancy and filing duties
Assists managers in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
Oversees banking services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence; contacts or assists customers and prospective customers.
Reviews and manages staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that salary structure is equitable.
Coordinates communication with branch staff.
Works to meet branch performance standards including operating loss control, bank secrecy, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Oversees and assists with the preparation of all branch reports for approval by manager.
Attends and participates in periodic staff meetings.
Manages branch operations when manager is absent.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
