Hi everyone, I am M. Arshad from khadro village District Sanghar(Sindh), I have completed my HSC Part 2 from BISE Mirpurkhass. From childhood, I was very interested in Business and wanted to be an entrepreneur, but because of not having good financial conditions, I could not further continue my education. My mindset was like an entrepreneur who doesn't leave any opportunity in the Business field. and I have also been inspired by my uncle who used to do Mango Business. This Agro Business was the high margin, so I jumped into this field in 2011 as Recorder keeper of Agricultural raw material, as the passage of time I gained a lot of knowledge in All Agricultural Products like Mango, Apple, Orange, Olive, Banana, Lemon, Grapes, Tomato, Chilli, Sagg, onion, and other all agricultural Products. 

I am in this field for the last 11 years and gained a lot of experience in purchasing to selling raw materials of all Agriculture Products, areas of Agricultural raw materials in Pakistan, negotiation skills with farmers for purchasing raw materials, leading the team while on the work, and off the work, motivating the team members or labour to gain maximum output, Managing transport issues, and also have good knowledge in transport(know everything about all vehicles).
