Administration and Financial officer
Starting from the 2022 until dated I have been responsible for providing administrative, coordination and financial management support to the Asian synergy Ltd office in his main branch and other projects. The impact of budget utilization and achievements of the milestones have been regularly reported to the CEO and head of the offices on weekly and monthly basis ensuring the adherence of operation.
In coordination with the CEO i had planned, revised and monitored the Budget and expenditure in the operations. Also ensure the through Hitech the Financial transitions are authorized and filed with supporting documents, keeping the quality checks. I have always supported the internal and external audits.
As an Administration focal person, I have participated in MFTs programed the development of the organization in administrating recruiting and procuring goods and services in accordance with rules and procedures. I have supported the Directors and staff in operational aspects of establishing a network of experts, Create, update and maintain organized files and records related to such, ensuring confidentiality of records.
I have also been assisting in the travel arrangements of the staff, senior officials and manging their stays in the town. Planning, organizing and facilitating the workshops/trainings and meeting and doing relevant job.
Manager operations in Asian Synergy Pvt Ltd
Assuring the re construction of all 10 sites on motorway, their mantainances, landscaping and management of the M2 is visible in every aspect, managing and controlling 400 employees to work under their contractual agreements and make sure the team perform their duties accordingly.
Monitoring the construction projects on the sites, managing records of the labor and construction material used in construction projects on M2. Regular reporting to the office.
Regularly traveling to the sites.
Identifying vendors for purchasing consumables for the project requirements. Manging financial data and records for the head office.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Asian Development Organization
Worked as a ME officer and managed some 50 employees for the office. The project is funded and affiliated by the UNHCR.
Duties and Responsibilities
I have been looking into the construction projects of ADO and managing the staff in the field.
I used to monitor the vendors, construction material and labor during the construction activities on the site.
I used to evaluate the performance of the employees and always provided them with useful inputs in order to improve the operation.

Carry out technical assessments and analyze data collected towards implementation of projects
Assist the Mission/Program/Procurement in preparing final bidding documentation for tender processes.
Prepare and/or review technical specifications, BoQs, drawings of the planned infrastructure projects to be implemented as necessary in order to guarantee quality of the output and alignment to IOM and donor requirements.
Ensure that materials are used in accordance with BoQ and instructions from the supervisor , keeping records and coordinating with logistic officer for request and delivery to implementation sites.
Regularly monitor all infrastructure activities and projects and ensure works progress is carried out. Provide daily updated summary to the Mission/Procurement/Program.
