Looking Containers Co-loaded shipments. 9-Preparing MBL/HBL Formats submitting to the Shipping Lines co loader. 10- Following up with the Shipping Lines for connecting vessel 11- Submitting surrendering the documents to the co loader. 12-Arranging BL Release Messages from Shipping Lines / co loader. Maintaining reports send to Boss on daily basis 13- Prepare applications for refund of deposits 14-Maintaining all the documents related to the shipment. Maintain Good Customer relationship. 15-Co-Ordinates With all Shipping Lines for updated vessel schedule. 16-Arranging documents for bill of lading. 17- Preparing and Sending Shipment Tracking. 18- Giving the task to each sub-ordinate.
