Pioneer Logics is an IT consulting firm based in Lahore Pakistan, which provides IT services and solutions for business productivity to its offshore clients. I joined Pioneer Logics as a software engineer and starts working as an active team member in the ongoing asp.net projects. Working in asp.net as a team player as well as some of the projects that I developed myself solely which shapes my professional attitude to work in a team and as an independent responsible developer.
Challenging opportunities always attracts me, there was an opportunity of SharePoint in Pioneer Logics, and I switched to SharePoint. That was not so difficult because share point is built on top of asp.net. As share point developer the big challenge is to understand the platform because it is the only core responsibility of share point developer to firstly tries to solve the problem through share point Out of the box solutions and then go to the custom development. I developed a number of out of the box solutions as well as SharePoint custom solutions.
