IMPROVING THE ACCESS AND QUALITY OF GIRLS EDUCATION IN BALOCHISTAN PROVINCE BY CREATING A SAFER AND SECURER LEARNING ENVIRONMENTExpand access to girls' education in Naseerabad District.Improve the quality of education through infrastructure and capacity building.Strengthen advocacy for girls' education, particularly addressing gender-based violence.Formation and Training of Self help Groups (SHGs) 15 members in each consisting of social workers, local government officials, and other target school district in communities around each target school.Awareness raising workshops and awareness raising program/talk shows in community to deepen knowledge and awareness of the importance of the girls education and the harmful impacts of the GBV,Conduct Mentorship sessions in communities where successful women from communities can mentor and inspire girls to pursue education.Organize two Seminars including members of Students Clubs, rights advocates, local community members, local authorities, and elected Representatives to discuss the issues of girls education, GBV, and early and forced marriages and form an action plan to address these issues.Form Special Coordination Groups (SCGs) comprised of members of Govt officials, members of SHGs, and PWDs to highlight and address issues of rights holders. 08 Meetings of Special Coordination Groups (SCGs) 02 per school will be conducted to highlight and address issues of girls education and PWDs rights.Form a referral mechanism/system among support organizations that provide special care to girls in difficulties such as being victimized or traumatized by GBV and refer them to appropriate care.in difficulties such as being victimized or traumatized by GBV and refer them to appropriate care.Reconstruct of the 04 schools, install solar panels and other basic facilities, and furnish the school with school furnitures
