Taraqee Foundation (SO) WFP CBT Project
Responsible to interact with community for the project interventions in coordination with Project Coordinator and ME staff.
Facilitate the team in mapping of the area for the project implementation.
Responsible for conducting surveys and FGDs in the target community.
Responsible for formation of Village Committees in target villages/UCs
Responsible for mobilization of the communities for formation of village committees and project implementation.
Responsible to conduct project activities events, walks, seminars etc. in the project areas.
Responsible for orientation of committee members on project activities, objective, outcomes and implementation methodology.
Responsible for identification, registration and verification of project beneficiaries for different activities in the target areas.
Responsible for preparing beneficiaries lists in consultation with project Coordinator.
Responsible to conduct the social feasibility report of small scale community schemes identified by VCs or communities.
Facilitate the project technical team for smooth completion of cash for work activities.
Preparation daily dairy/report to assist the project Coordinator and other team members as and when required.
Facilitate the trainings and other capacity building initiatives with the project beneficiaries if and when required and communicated by Project Coordinator.
Responsible for distributions (if and where required) and other project inputs to the beneficiaries in close coordination and guidelines given by Project Management.
Facilitate in monitoring post implementation of project intervention in the target areas.
Liaison with communities and other stakeholders and dealing with the issues raised on community
Collecting and managing data retrieved from the communities.
Prepare and send daily and weekly report to project coordinator on project activities.
Assist in any other project-related matter assigned by the project manager.
IRC (Assistant Education Officer) ERMP Project
Team up with the Government / Support Teachers and arranges and provide effective, innovative, and build technical support in education protection (gender, child protection, disability).
Conduct regular visits to Accelerated Learning Programs and coordinate with Government schools for supporting the Teachers/ facilitators in lesson planning, student assessment, and classroom management.
Ensure the timely and smooth transition of ALPs students into Government schools.
Built links and work closely with District Education Department to improve the reading components in schools and ALPs.
To encourage and stimulate full participation of all community members with special attention to those who are usually un-adapted, un-accessed, marginalized, and overlooked in the community decision-making process. Regularly superintends and implements field activities and maintains working relationships with community leaders, PTSMCs, and other program partners.
Write, imitate, develop, and share weekly, and monthly plans and progress.
Coordination and Representation
Actively develop and maintain effective work relations with district key partners, including government actors, UN agencies particularly UNHCR and UNICEF, international and local NGOs, and other relevant actors working in education and protection sectors in the targeted districts.
Maintain a productive working relationship with Teachers/ Facilitators and conduct bi-weekly and monthly TLCs meetings for future planning and technical backstopping.
Focus on students assessment for improving Phonemic awareness and phonics, comprehension, and proficiency.
TKF (Child Protection Case Worker ERMP Project
Responsible for the overall technical and administrative oversight of child protection case.
Provide individual case management for children in the allocated location in accordance with all case management steps and related tools and procedures.
Liaise with local leadership regarding child protection issues to be addressed at community level.
Monitor the filed activates to ensure target groups applied the decisions /agreed activates practically.
Conduct Quarterly/Annual performance review (QPR APR) w target groups/organizations for improving and tracking their work and ensuring outcome based result.
To developed linkages to provide protection to the vulnerable children, Capacity building of the target groups and other stockholders for achieving project objectives.

TKF (Social Organizer) TEACH Project
Conducting meeting with communities in all UCs of District Pishin regarding establishing ALP and BLN centers for Adolescent girls in various UCs of District Pishin,
Formatting Village support groups for ALP BLN centers UCs and villages wise, Follow up visits of ALP BLN centers,
Distribution of Health and hygiene kits in ALP BLN centers among the students and adolescent girls.
SEHER (Social Mobilizer)
Conducting meetings with Union council Chairman, Deputy Chairman, UC Secretory about Birth Registration. Conducting meetings with School Heads and teacher and Health department on Birth Registration,
Registration of children from the age 0-5 years in union council with the help of collaboration of UNICEF.
TVI (Research officer)
Conducting FGDs and IDIs with target audience, to conduct debriefing session with Research assistant/Data collector,
Responsible for maintaining proper documentation and organizing data,
Responsible for data completion (transcription and translation) of FGDs/IDIs, Spot checking of data collection during survey for quality assurance,
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality, Proper documentation of each activity,
Ensure all equipment, vehicles, supplies etc. are properly used, Responsible to fulfill all tasks assigned by District Manager.
TVI (Social Mobilizer)
Identification and mapping of areas/clusters, community gatekeepers and stakeholders.
Liaison with Socially influential persons, stakeholders for their cooperation.
Conducting individual meetings with community Elders, Religious/Political leaders, Line listing of structures and household on pre structures format, troubleshooting of issues/problems happens at field site,
Ensure appropriate documentations of all the activities, Ensure timely availability of medicines and logistic during health camps, Fix or mobile health camps arrangements and management.
Report to the team leader and District Supervisor.
IRM (School Support Associate)
Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face training, follow ups and roll out of TIG (Teachers Inquiry Group) activities.
Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/union council/tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies.
Assist District Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG (teachers inquiry group) meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the District office accordingly.
Provide update contents, and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia contents.
TKF (Field Monitor)
To participate in Training of Training Field Monitors and conduct field monitoring visit per given target.
To monitor documents and report field activities without disturbing field work of teams.
To participate in coordination meeting if required
to record and report best practice from field.
To record pictorial evidence of monitored activities as MOVs.
To report progress of activities to coordinator on daily basis.

Ensure participation of 100 teachers Training in UC level workshop.

Facilitate teacher held regular community meeting. Identification of volunteer, BLS, preparation of UPE registers Enrollment and reporting during regular field visits.
Identify training need for teachers and prepare plan along-with ADOEs / SPEs to provide training to teachers.
Validation of 5 data on prescribed format in all villages of assigning area.
After enrollment, visit schools 33 in one month, preferable along with the supervisory staff of the Education Department.
