RAAST - Pakistan's First Instant Payment System Research Project

As an Intern at State Bank of Pakistan, while leading a group of 4 people and working with the research department under my supervisor, I learned the following things while preparing the research report on RAAST, Pakistan's first instant payment system<br/><br/>Successfully managed a team of four people, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure everyone worked towards a common goal.<br/><br/>Developed a deep understanding of RAAST, Pakistan's first instant payment system, including its technical details, benefits, and differences from other payment systems.<br/><br/>Conducted thorough research on RAAST, analyzing its history, current usage, and potential future developments to improve research skills, data analysis, and drawing conclusions.<br/><br/>Wrote a comprehensive report on RAAST's findings, gaining experience in report writing, including report structure, effective data presentation, and concise writing.<br/><br/>Collaborated closely with team members to complete research and prepare the report, improving teamwork skills such as effective delegation, communication, and collaboration.<br/><br/>Developed effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and complete a complex research report on RAAST.<br/><br/>Demonstrated professionalism by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors, dressing appropriately, and maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace.<br/><br/>Utilized creativity to explore new ideas and propose unique solutions to promote RAAST and improve its functionality.<br/><br/>Gained valuable insights into the financial industry in Pakistan, including how financial institutions operate, how the banking system works, and how regulatory policies are developed and implemented.
