• Act as the primary front-desk contact at the Express Center, assisting customers with booking shipments based on their specific needs.
• Handle packaging, cash collection, and shipment processing while strictly following company SOPs.

money. Prepare correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
• Responsible for conducting thorough document checking according to checklist requirement for various types of visa application. Responsible for verifying the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents to meet visa application standards.
• Assess applications for migration and or temporary entry to Italy in accordance with Italy immigration law and policy.
