During the above mentioned period i was responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. its was consist on tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations, and handling office supplies and equipment. Additionally, i remained involve in basic bookkeeping tasks and assisting in the coordination of special events or projects.
