Manager Projects as Head of Projects team
Currently working as Manager Projects as Head of Projects team ( Building ,Villas, Towers construction, Infrastructure development) and full involvement for master plan development of two of the historical Mega Projects of Pakistan, conceived and initiated by renowned and respectable International/Global real estate developer Emaar, under brand name of Crescent Bay Karachi and Canyon View Islamabad. The project consists of development of mixed use (residential and commercial) sea front community, namely Crescent Bay, comprising of reclaimed land of area 108 Acres. The CBK project, as per latest master plan, comprises of construction of 42 residential towers (high/mid‐rise), commercial towers, Five star hotels, Icon building, mosques, club house, to be constructed in phases. And CVI Project of Horizontal development of mixed use community in CVI Islamabad having total land area being developed of more than 400 Acres (Initial Plan for about 1500 Acres).(The CVI project has been developed as per concept of small villages in community e.g. Miradors, (1,3,7),Prado’s, Alma, Royal Vista, Andalusian etc.
While working as Head of Projects team (Manager Projects) for Canyon View Islamabad project Located in Islamabad for the Horizontal mixed-use development in Emaar-DHA Islamabad. Here Villa projects of Mirador-7 Village, Prado’s Village, Alma Village Town Houses, and Infrastructure Development of Royal Vista & Prado’s Villages completed successfully. Work for remaining Villa & Town House development, and community Infrastructure, Landscape etc going on full swing. In addition to the ongoing construction undersigned is fully and actively involved for the master plan development (of both CVI Project and CBK Project) development, improvement, finalization of revised master plan with Development team and finalizing the roll-out plan.
