Assistant Manager Monitoring Evaluation & Research
Currently, I am working with Sindh Rural Support Organization SRSO as an Assistant Manager Monitoring Evaluation and Research. I am supervising a diversified team of 12 M&E professionals as well as monitoring various projects such as Sindh Union Council and Community Economic Strengthening Support (SUCCESS) Programme funded by the European Union, Peoples’ poverty reduction Program (PPRP) Funded by GoS, Programme for Improved Nutrition (PINS) Funded by European Union, National Programme for Poverty Graduation (NPGP) funded by PPAF, Empower Pakistan women's funded by USAID/RSPN, Promoting rights of Older Peoples funded by HelpAge international/Disaster Emergency Committee, Improve livelihood and well being of Female Home-based Workers (FBHWs) funded by JICA.
In my current role, I am coordinating and reporting to Donors, Developing Annual Reports preparation quarterly, and Bi-Annual Magazines.

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation
Being an M&E Coordinator under the Community Mobilization for Improved WASH Services at Jacobabad. I contributed in project monitoring and Evaluation, quality assurance, learning, and reporting according to the project log frame (LFA) and project monitoring plan (PMP) and established indicators of measurement of the progress as well as verification/ validation of the interventions. Ensure quality, accuracy, timeliness and management of the data collection from field and support to Implementing partner’s staff in effectively providing monitoring and other related data on key indicators by ensuring the project’s alignment to results agreed with the donor in the project proposal.
Coordinator Monitoring & Evaluation
I led the process of developing the Monitoring and Verification of Outcomes (MVOC) strategy on WAP’s part in close coordination with programme team. I trained the partners and programme team on Monitoring, Verification of Outcomes (MVOC) surveys, developed and deployed teams, developed field plans, ensured the quality of the data and supervised overall field survey and post-survey evaluation process. I rolled out MVOC with partners and helped them to internalize it with the help of WaterAid-supported online application mWater. I also managed a huge MS Excel database during the output phase of this project and trained the partners on the use of mWater, developing databases, data collection, and managing the same. I lead on survey reporting
