I have done BS (Hons) and MSc (1Year) in economics while my MPhil in economics is in progress. I have rich experience of ten years as a Planning Monitoring Evaluation and Research Officer in the development sector in various projects/programs. These include, livelihood strengthening programs, extended early recovery projects, capacity building of parents' teacher councils, women's economic empowerment and market development, and Aid to uprooted people TDP's. I have also worked as District Coordinator Nowshera with SRSP in its project of Rollout on National Socio-Economic Registry Update (NSER/BISP survey). Currently, I am doing as an M&E officer in District Kurram.
The overall objective of the project is to “Access to public services in the health and education sector for vulnerable Afghan refugees and host communities in selected districts is improved”. It has three outputs; Output1-The capacity of state actors to provide services in the education sector, taking into account the needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and members of host communities, including women, youth, and persons with disabilities, is improved. The output2-The capacity of state actors to provide services in the health sector, taking into account the needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and members of host communities, including women, youth, and persons with disabilities, is improved. Output3-Cooperation between the Commissionerate for Afghan Refugees and sub-national governance structures has improved through pilot activities to address the needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and members of host communities
Through this project, Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) will contribute to ‘Strengthening Education and Health Services for Refugees and Host Communities (EHS).

Attend and observe broad based community meetings (Focus Group Discussion with community members and community elders ) KAP (General Perception Survey) and document proceedings, decisions made and level of community participation
Support the M&E Manager and Supervisor in the collection of additional information from the field as required
Undertake regular visits to the field to support implantation of M & E and to identify where adaptations might be needed
Conduct regular field visits to project sites for project monitoring as per plan ensuring that all the visit objectives are proficiently met
Effectively document success stories, best practices and lessons learnt at project level and give recommendation to overcome the gaps identified for future projects
Proper record keeping of M & E related documents.
