Ø  Preparation of Budget, Budget forecasts, Financial Planning Analysis and Implementation of Plans of different projects (PEEK, IEH, HRD, NBS & Covid-19 etc).
Ø  Preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account according to International Financial Reporting Standards and Companies Ordinance, 1984).
Ø  Reporting to CBM International and to the higher management Mayo Hospital Lahore.
Ø  Preparation of quarterly financial reports and progress update reports, analyzing the progress with the targets achieved.
Ø  Assisting program team.
Ø  Generate monthly, quarterly and as required reports from the database/MIS.
Ø  Monitoring & Evaluation visits (Monitoring Financial & Programmatic aspects).
Preparing payroll of staff.

Ø  Assisting program team i.e. program Manager & Regional Coordinators.
Ø  Generate monthly, quarterly and as required reports from the database/MIS.
Monitoring & Evaluation visits of 16 Districts (Monitoring Financial & Programmatic aspects).
