JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
 Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
 Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as
employee files.
 Create monthly records of office and Client activities.
 Guide about Australia Student Visa, plus the University benefits and their area suitable for students.
 Submit documents and other details like Financial Documents and SOP to University
 Personally calling and informing clients, as well as collecting documents by email, and WhatsApp.
 Create the Portal for the Client.
 Create reports, save finished work in defined areas, and execute backup activities.
 Using MS Word and Excel to categorize and save information.
