• Worked as Resource Technical Officer (RTO) in IRC (International Rescue Committee), HIV/AIDS, and Malaria Programme based in Hangu. Where my
responsibilities were;
• Prepare detail training plan including type of training, duration, number and types of participants and timeline for the assigned training. Coordinate the training activities with other ROs and FOs for effective utilization of project resources.
• While using WHO and national guidelines for HIV / AIDS / STI, Infection Prevention (IP) and malaria control, the resource officer is required to adapt the training manual to enhance its learning by the participants.
• Perform pre and post training tests and evaluation form to assess the increase in knowledge of the participants.
• Perform follow up visit (using monitoring checklist) to ensure that staff and community health workers performance improved and information is transferred to community following the training, and provide timely feedback to concern staff and/ or community health workers.
• Attend program meetings, trainings, and submit monthly work plans, training reports and monthly reports to project manager.
• Participate in Professional training and development activities and other duties and activities as needed or requested.

• Worked as Facilitator Health in IRC (International Rescue Committee), based in Hangu from 1st Sep 2003 to 8th Feb 2007. Where my responsibilities were;
• Provide care for under three years children, antenatal and postnatal cases, following IRC/UNHCR guidelines. Maintain close consultation with BHU doctor about the MCH referral and follow the instruction given to patients.
• Attend deliveries in the home if called. while maintaining infection prevention
procedures, assists in minor surgical procedures for female patients when male
staff is unable to perform appropriate assistance.
• Provide referral and necessary advises for the antenatal cases particularly primi-
gravida and those with some risks, for delivery by skilled staff.
• Visit of the postnatal case at home if the birth is reported by FHWs, BHU staff or
family member.
• Home visits to third degree malnourished children`s houses.
• Conduct health education to pregnant and lactating mother.Education to women
who need birth spacing and advise the required / appropriate contraceptive
method.
• Supervise FHWs and arrange refresher courses for them.
• Manage ORT corner of the BHU.
• Attend refresher courses and program meetings when is called.
• Make monthly demand for the MCH supplies.
• Maintain the record , prepare monthly statistics and keep all the required record.
• Worked as Facilitator Health (LHV) in District Headquarter Civil Hospital Hangu from 1st June 2003 to 30th Aug 2003. Where my
responsibilities were;

• Provide care for children, antenatal, natal and postnatal cases. Maintain
close consultation with BHU doctor about the Labor Room referral and follow
the instruction given to patients.
• Attend deliveries in the Labor Room. While maintaining infection prevention
procedures, assists in minor surgical procedures for female patients.
• Provide referral and necessary advises for the complication cases particularly
Placenta Previa and Transverse position .
• Conduct health education to pregnant and lactating mother.Education to women
who need birth spacing and advise the required / appropriate contraceptive
method.
• Maintain the record , prepare monthly statistics and keep all the required record.
• Experience as an interviewer in a survey conducted by IRC; CDC (International Rescue Committee) on reproductive health, physical social and mental wellbeing, during the month of December 2006(6th to 29th)
• Experience as an interviewer in a survey conducted by IRC (International Rescue Committee) on ITN’s & Hand washing Information in Hangu refugee camps during the month of September 2006(19th to 30th)
