To achieve sales and productivity targets within the assigned territory through Distributor sales force.
Closely oversee operations of the Distributor. Advise or assist them in such areas as Inventory selection, Service to the customers and profit opportunities.
Translate promotional goals into concrete plans.
To inform senior sales officials on competitor's activities and suggest counter measures etc.
To assist the Distributor's sales force in achieving their targets through on the job guidance.
Plan territory coverage. Regular visits to the volume generating outlets.
Investigate and evaluate field complaints, and recommend disposition of complaints accordingly.
