My responsibilities is to attend walkthrough meetings with the Business Analysts, Clients and Product Leads who’s sitting in Kansas (USA). Also I developed CRS and SOW in collaboration with my PM and Team Leads and provide feedback to the Business Analysts.

My Kansas Team assign each & every task to me my Project Manager and my IT Director. After discussed that project or task via skype call they insert it in Trello and Test Track. Now being a Project Coordinator it’s my responsibility to break these tasks into a sprint and assign it to that particular developer, designer, Database or Sales force developer. And being a QA person I setup all environment for my QA team and make sure each and every module tested perfectly on staging and live environment.

I have worked in different database like SQL server and wrote SQL queries to retrieve data from the database. I have written User manuals. Also it’s my duty to perform all projects migration from dev to test and test to release environment. Migrate Data Base like ALT Tables/Insert Scripts everything from Dev to Test and Test to Release Environment.

As far as different types of testing is concerned, I have performed Sanity/Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box and White Box Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, GUI testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Testing.

I have written defects as they are found using Jira and Trello. Once the defects were fixed, retested them and if passed, closed them. If defects were not fixed, then reopened them.
