1.Managing Ongoing Projects of SLA’s (O & M) of Power Plants with Client (PTCL, Huawei, Ufone, etc.)and related to Power Plants (Transformers, Generators, and LT & HT Panels), AC/DC UPS’s, DC rectifier,batteries, HVAC, Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems and allied equipment.
2.Sizing and selection of appropriate rating breakers, cables, industrial electronics, drivers and starters,and fully understand load management in industrial environment on wapda and Genset.
3.Perform electrical design calculations under direction of a senior engineer including feeder sizing, loadcalculations, load flow and short circuit analysis.
4.Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site installation,repair, maintenance, oversight, & modifications as required
5.Work directly with client personnel and, as directed, third-party vendors to support project component(Transformers, Rectifiers, UPS’s, Generators, inverters, balance of plant equipment) installation,commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
6.Surveying and reporting existing electrical installations & identifying customer requirements.
7.Coordinate with Technicians and Engineers in planning and executing projects.
8.Prepare electrical plans, technical specifications, single line diagrams and other project documentations for management review.
9.Track project status regularly and ensure to execute projects within allotted budget and timelines.
10.Receive and review Request for Quotation (RFQ’s).
11.Determining an appropriate technical solution and decide upon suitable equipment to offer.
12.Proactively work with the Procurement Group to ensure Vendors RFQ Technical and Commercial Evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
13.Understand the client requirement and prepares the specification sheet which will be part of the tender.
14.Evaluate all responses from the suppliers and make recommendation.
15.All in-house co-ordination for preparation of bid including follow-up

1. Work on 10 MW, 5 MW, and other different capacities (CAT, Man Diesel, Wausheka, Cummins, and Perkins of (Gas & Diesel) power plants.
2. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all instruments, PLC control systems, HV/LV switch gears, transformers, motors and all the electrical equipment in the power plant and associated facilities.
3.Perform skillful work in the repair, inspection, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of all electronic and electrical plant equipment and systems.
4.Maintenance of system but not limited to Electrical Systems, HVAC, Generators, transformers, HT & LT Panels etc.
6.Performing routine electrical maintenance, replacement or alteration of circuit wiring, switches, control equipment and mechanisms, motors, transformers, relays, generators, appliances, fixtures, alarms, communication equipment, etc.
7.Replaces filters and fluids as necessary; and maintains routine records of repairs.
8.Understands single phase systems and three phase medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems including UPS systems, constant voltage transformers, and other methodology.
9.Root cause analyses of electrical/electronic motors and other electrical sensors & components in HT & LT Panels, Gensets and machineries.
10.Working in conjunction with Operations and Maintenance Supervisors and other shift personnel to ensure that safe working practices and conditions are adhered to. Works with the operations shift team to enforce safety rules and procedures by assuring safe work practices compliance on a daily shift-rotational basis. Will have oversight responsibility over outside maintenance and contractors to ensure that they are working in a safe and hazard free environment.
11.Directly responsible for issuing Safe Work Permits, initiating Lock Out/Tag Out clearances and isolations, conducting confined space permit surveys for determining safe work conditions, and direct oversight of other critical plant safety and environmental procedures.
