My role mainly includes both the clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. As a professional administrator my role involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks and, in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
Partner with clients to buy, sell and rent real estate properties within the target market you have identified
Actively seek and solicit clients by promoting brand, networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties
Show various properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property
Advertise and promote properties and the general brand in order to attract clients and draw traffic to properties for sale or rent
Draft sale and purchase contracts for respective parties to be completed upon the closing of a real estate transaction
Advise clients on best practices in light of market conditions, general prospects and other relevant impacting factors
Negotiate between buyers and sellers to facilitate agreements that best serve both parties involved and maintain the value of the property at hand
Ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with the applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale or lease of a property
Receive and handle inbound telephone calls from Sales/Branch Team inquiring about products and to assist with all customer satisfaction related inquires.
Maintain special pricing upon requests from Territory Managers.
Applies customer credit card payments and works with Credit to resolve payment issues as directed by Sales Team.
Initiates changes to and cancellation of orders/backorders upon request and advice from Sales Team.
Complete relevant documentation as required. Maintain an accurate record keeping system (manually and electronically), prepare data, reports and documents, and analyze information as required.
Maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures complying with SOX (regulations that mandate accuracy, integrity, and security of the financial information the companies handle) and ISO requirements.
Attend product training sessions, and learn product details and key selling points of products and technologies.
Forward promotional information and products to direct sales staff.
Any other duties and special projects as directed by management in keeping with the employee’s skills and experience.

Performs a variety of complex accounting duties in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of payroll, salary, and benefit calculations; collects, analyzes, updates and reconciles payroll and benefit data on a monthly basis.
Reviews timesheets for days/hours worked, and calculates and records salary adjustments as necessary.
Researches, calculates and prepares payments for various benefit vendors.
Reviews, reconciles and balances payroll and benefit data for monthly and variable payrolls.
Verifies and processes classified sick leave incentive payments.
Prepares supplemental payrolls as needed.
Reviews, analyzes and updates salary and benefit projections for accuracy.
