Manage all HR operations and provides assistance to the GM HR & Admin and lead to direct HR and Time Office team.
Responsible for designing and placing advertisement of job as per organization requirement.
Manage and take care of hiring process (permanent and third party contract), including job postings, conducting interviews, finalizing interview panel within the organization.
Consult with Legal Advisor and handle IR activities, including handling all matters related to service provider’s employees, disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding management on the best practices and relevant employment laws.
Design compensation and benefit structures and grades.
To give orientation and introductory training to new employees.
Design and implement the Performance Evaluation System. Preparation EOBI & SESSI amounts and liaison with officials of these institutions for the acquisition of benefits for company employees.
To update EFU Group life Insurance coverage.
To ensure compliance all over the factory according to Customer based Code of Conduct (Wal-Mart, VF, and Disney).
Conduct different trainings program in house. Prepare the induction training programs for the new hires.
