-Finance Business partner to Sales and Customer related activities.
-Finance lead in pricing, Consumer promotion & discount finalization.
-Lead the business plan process, in coordination with BU managers and provide business plan reports, strategic forecast plans, feasibility & analysis to identify & interpret financial & non-financial risks in order to enable management to improve existing performance in line with business objectives
-Provide regular financial reports & updates to management, with detailed analysis, variance reports in comparison with BP, KPIs, sales & product/SKU analysis to support business decisions.
-Decision support including reviewing and interpreting financial information to identify key trends and areas for future improvement, challenging poor or exceptional performance in financial KPIs and advise on rectification actions.
- Supporting Sales and Marketing in revenue management and profit maximization based on Channel/Segment/product mix.
-Involvement with Top Management in forecasting and Business decisions including New -Product Launch, Promotion Campaign, Sales incentives, out sourcing and in house make decisions.
-Provide costing analysis of existing and potential product(s) and recommendations to Management on viability.
-Support year-end financial management and reporting including assisting with the completion of the annual accounts..
-Deep dive analysis of Growth and Profitability drivers in terms of VDRG (Volume Driven Revenue Growth, PDRG (Price Driven Revenue Growth) and Marketing Contribution.
-Setting Financial targets for Marketing and Sales leadership and reviewing the performance.
-Support ,control ,and report the Supply Chain (Make to sell) losses and Capacity losses.
-Super user role in implementing and supporting the ZAP-Business Intelligence module.
-Lead role in Budget and Latest updates upload into SAP and SAP BI reporting,

• Responsible for monthly and OVERALL Plants(TechOps) financial reporting establishment (Actuals, Budgets, Latest Forecast & KPIs dashboards) for GLOBAL review and submission.
• Prepare and submit monthly TechOps PnL and Monthly Ops Deck for Local/Global Review.
• Collaborate with financial control personnel (BPA/FRA) to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes for forecasts & actuals results of TechOps.
• Evaluating Financial Impact of any potential routing /Process Changes.
• Monitor monthly/yearly business hard closing processes..
• Reporting for all Capital Projects cost for both LOCAL/GLOBAL Capex reviews.
• Monitoring Capital Projects running/Final billing.
• Analysing costs & exercising cost controls on all OPEX & CAPEX.
• Detail review of creating new and changing existing BOM(s), standardize BOM production version in material master & Costing module in SAP , build product cost in SAP to release in material master.
• Lead and manage the provision of financial accounting services and data – including fixed assets, cash and divestment activities. Ensure appropriate information is provided for tax, Corporation Tax
• Key participation in TechOps Budget establishment cycle with finance LEADERSHIP TEAM and in the preparation of Latest Forecasts / Latest Outlook, managerial variance analyses for business decision making.
• Perform SUPER USER responsibilities for Finance and Controlling modules to SAP.
• Lead the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP, Business Intelligence, Excel) integrating other requirements.
• Manage reporting of all ACCRUALS to General ledger accounts.
• Support the TechOps team in ensuring NFCM requirements & compliance.
• Workout Products/Brand Gross margin for review with the leadership team.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Novartis Health, Safety and Environment policies, guidelines and requirements.
