As a Manager Finance responsibilities are
Responsible for the day to day fiscal management of the Baluchistan Provincial Office, assuring quality, impact and cost effectiveness in the implementation of project activities. Specific duties include financial management, ensuring compliance with internal, local government and USAID regulations and procedures monitoring overall expenditures establishing internal controls, policies and procedures monitoring financial activity of the project and compiling monthly reports. As a Finance Manager also responsible for supporting the districts-level offices.
Responsibilities as a Programme Officer Admin and Finance in Sindh (Sukkur, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kandkot, Jamshoro and Thatta Mir purKhas)
1. April 2009, I was posted to Sukkur (Sindh) for a project funded by Government of Sindh for Union Council Based Poverty Reduction project mainly in District Kandhkot Kashmore and Shikarpur for poverty reduction through skill enhancement, where I arranged district offices buildings and their setup, Vocational centre set up, Facilitation and arrangement of their training material and Resource Persons.

1. UNICEF WASH in Sukkur, Shikarpur Jacobabad and Kandhkot, over all logistic and administration arrangement for project in flood affected areas of Project. Financial reporting to donor, according to budget variance.
2. UNDP/DRR Project in three districts from 1 April to 30 Sep 2011. Overall logistic financial arrangement for project in Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Kandhkot.
3. Vocational training arrangement in Jamshoro, Thatta and Mirpur Khas for Islamic relief and other donors.
Responsibilities as a PO-FA in Islamabad
1. Jan 2008 I was transferred from Muzaffarabad to Islamabad (HO) where I was performing financial transaction related duties in Head Office.

3. Daily cash closing, Bank Reconciliations, Cash Bank Reconciliation with FIS (Financial Information System).

Responsibility as a Project Manager in District Bahakkar (Punjab)
From 26, December 2012 to 30th April 2013 Posted to Bahakkar Punjab as a Project Manager in LEP project (Live Stock Enhancement Protection) funded by PPAF.
Arrange and successfully completed 978 community vulnerable participants (0-23 Poverty score card) for livelihood trainings (Vocational trainings) in Districts Bahakkar Tehsils Mankaira and Kalurkot (Union Council based) with the collaboration of NRSP-Bahakkar and Village Organizations formed by NRSP.
Responsibilities as a Admin officer in Azad Kashmir. (Donor ILO, Islamic Relief, Acted, NRSP and Novib Oxfam) Main projects were about community Mobilization and rehabilitation.
1. As an Admin and finance officer in Muzaffarabad I was responsible for below detail. (From 14 Nov 2005 to Jan 2008)
2. Ensuring the implementation of NRSP Administration and Financial policies of the project.
3. Prepare and maintain monthly advances and financial reports and keep a track of all funds released by the project.
