• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in day to day business activities.
• Implementing company’s agreed policies.
• Building profitable relationship with the Clients, Interacting potential client frequently, developing winning
strategies and strategic decision making.
• To attend all sales problems by either taking action within the authority or referring them to Management with
recommendations.
• To coordinate with all departments for the production of client’s required Packaging and dispatch after complete
documentations.
• To access & analyze quality complaints and suggest remedial actions.
• To report market condition & competitors activities to Management.
• To handle complaint forms raised by customers and mark to the concerned department for solution.
• To fulfil the responsibility of Payment recovery.
